Google Analytics:

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") based on predominant legitimate interest (analysis of website use). For this purpose we have signed a contract with Google for contract data processing.

When visiting our website, a software connection is made to the Google servers and data is transferred to Google servers, some of which are located in the USA. Google Analytics also uses cookies to store information about website users, and to analyse use of the website by visitors to the site.

This website utilises the function "activation of IP anonymisation". This means that your IP address is shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union and in other countries which signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area. It is only in isolated cases that the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened over there.

According to Google information, Google uses the collected data to analyse use of the website, to compile reports about website activity, and to provide other services connected with website and Internet use.

Where appropriate, Google may pass on this information to third parties, as long as this is prescribed by law or providing third parties process this information on behalf of Google.

Detailed information about the handling of user data by Google Analytics can be found in Google’s privacy statement at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ or via https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

Disable Google Analytics:

You can generally prevent collection of your user data by Google Analytics on all websites by downloading and installing a browser plugin available via the following link:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

You can prevent collection of your user data by Google Analytics on this website only by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie is then set which prevents collection of your data when revisiting this website in the future:

<a href="javascript:gaOptout()">Disable Google Analytics</a>.</li></ul>

Contact form
Data collected from person concerned
(consent without checkbox)

After submitting the contact form, the data mentioned above is processed so that your query can be dealt with, based on the consent you granted when you submitted the contact form. The data is processed further for direct advertising unless your consent is withdrawn, a procedure in line with the intended purpose and on the same legal basis.

There is no legal or contractual obligation to make personal data available. The only consequence of not presenting the latter is that your query would not be submitted and we would not be able to process it.

The data is not passed on to other recipients.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by written notice; this does not affect the legality of the processing of data you have consented to before withdrawing such consent.

You have the right to object to the use of your personal data gathered for the purpose of direct advertising at any time by written notice. If you opt out, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct advertising.

You have a right to information, correction, deletion, limitation of processing and transfer of your personal data as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde [Austrian Data Protection Authority], Hohenstaufengasse 3, 1010 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at).

Microsoft Clarity

On our website, we use the Microsoft Clarity service for statistical analysis of visitor activities. This service is provided by Microsoft Corporation, headquartered at One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052 USA ("Microsoft"). The legal basis for using this service lies in consent and the data protection framework (EU-US Data Privacy Framework / Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum).

Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to analyze the usage of our website, as well as a tracking code that executes when the service is accessed. The collected information such as IP address, location, visit time, and frequency are transmitted to and stored by Microsoft. According to Microsoft's information, this data may also be used for advertising purposes and other services related to the use of our website and the internet. We use Microsoft Clarity with the anonymization feature enabled, which shortens the IP address already within the EU or EEA.

The processing of your data is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for the future. Microsoft's privacy policies can be found in the Microsoft Privacy Statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement.
